One year ago Joe had a lung transplant. His family has been through so much this past year. To celebrate Joe’s amazing struggle I went to meet him and his family. Joe and his family have a huge support system so huge it lead me to them. It was such a pleasure to meet this loving family, here are just a couple photos captured in their backyard.
