Look at those colours!! Wow there is so much I can say about our time in Cape Breton Island but I won’t bore you with all the details.

It has always been my dream to see and hike Cabot Trail in the fall. Other than the fact most places were closed or closing up for the season we couldn’t have went at a better time. One of my favourite places we visited was Meat Cove. We were planning on camping the night but unfortunately the campground was closed….
However that didn’t stop us from having an awesome night with the entire park to ourselves. We didn’t have the best weather during our three day visit which meant we did a lot of hiking to stay warm 🙂
